Yep, that's a good old fashioned resistor cart...

You will see about 2 mins in I'm going down a road down a slight decline. And then go threw a creek and drove back and see the difference. And that was right off a fresh charge. |

Seems normal to me. My old 83 CC was a dog up hills too. But it had new batteries and cables.
Do you have a GPS with MPH read out? I bet its about 9-11mph on the flats and 6-7MPH up hill. Cool things is they are built like tractors. Strong and slow but easy to work on and hardly ever break down. |
