Yep, that's a good old fashioned resistor cart...
Nice and clean, though, it would be a perfect candidate for a Scottyb 48v Solid State conversion!

You will see about 2 mins in I'm going down a road down a slight decline. And then go threw a creek and drove back and see the difference. And that was right off a fresh charge.

it was uploaded from my cell sorry i didnt know it had a privacy setting on it.
but that was taken right after unplugging from charger on a full fresh charge, and going down the hill it runs good, just as soon as i turned around and started coming back, you will see what i mean by any small incline how slow it gets when i go to cross over the small bridge how slow it gets, and i never lift off the gas petal any time besides where i crossed the water and that was it.

I have a 2003 Pathway NEV that is very slow. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate the help.

Go ahead and start your own thread. Go to main page and click new thread. It'll make it easier to help you that way, so we're not criss crossing two problems in one thread...

Honestly, I think that is just the nature of these old resistor carts. Unfortunately, you're gonna have to put some money into it to improve it's performance...

Seems normal to me. My old 83 CC was a dog up hills too. But it had new batteries and cables.

Do you have a GPS with MPH read out? I bet its about 9-11mph on the flats and 6-7MPH up hill.

Cool things is they are built like tractors. Strong and slow but easy to work on and hardly ever break down.
