G8E Forward/Reverse Switch
My G8E forward reverse switch began acting up. needed to be held in a slightly 'off' position for it to operate in either forward or reverse and finally the cart does not move at all. Well, I am in horror over the cost for a replacement switch. It leads me to believe that there must be alternatives, one from another model, reworking of the one I have or even a work around eliminating the switch. Suggestions? Thanks!

Hey CG, have you written up a procedure to convert the EZGO FNR switch to fit the G8? That looks like a great idea!!! Major Props!

I have been meaning to write one for G14/G16, snap a photo of your G8 f&r so i can see if its the same as the ones i have built.

thanks for the help ... think I'm going to go the even easier and hopefully lasting solution suggested by Scotty B using reversing contactors.
