1984 EZGO Marathon rubber molding
I've seen a few threads on this but most are really old. I have a 1984 EZGO Marathon that I am in the process of painting. I have it stripped down and destroyed some of the rubber trim taking it off. There are some links to new trim but they are old and no longer good. I don't want to have and try to remove all the old metal flange around the cart. Any ideas where I can by replacement rubber? I have looked everywhere. Or ideas of anything else I can use that is big enough to go over the flanges?

Just the rubber trim that goes around the good cart. Found a few sites that show it in rolls but all show it's no longer available.

Re: 1984 EZGO Marathon rubber molding
They discontinued that trim recently. I have used this peel and stick automotive molding before on a 3 wheel cart. It doesn't fit in the grooves but it fits over it nicely. Looks pretty factory.

Wanted to follow up to see how the moulding worked for you. I’m building out a 88 Marathon and need the same. Thanks!
