As was stated before, the most accurate way to calculate diameter is to do a rolling test to measure the circumference and calculate the diameter. Radius measurements vary from 12:00, 3:00 and 9:00, and 6:00. Front and back may also vary, but for motor RPM, only the rear tires count. If you have a speedo on a front wheel, that should be measured separately.
