Ds 48v, hunting bugyy build
Hello all, first post, just joined!! I've got a 2000.5 DS series cart I put a lift and tires on about 6 years ago, took it to a job I was working on in NW Georgia. I found out real quick about hills/ big tires and NO torque! I've got a little free time in the evenings and cash and bought a Plum Quik Grizzly motor(15.5hp w/ 60% torque increase with stock controller, more with a controller upgrade?, eta is 9/26) I'm going to try to do the wiring and upgrades before the motor comes in. Got an Alltrax 48500 and sw202 F/R conversion kit(revolution carts) to replace the lever with a rocker, using #1 AWG cables with pressed lugs, new Trojan batts, and a HD solenoid coming from Plum Quik also. Bone stock right now except the tires and #2 cables. I think I still need to order the mounting bracket for the Alltrax controller, I'll get a closer look this evening.

So what’s your question? You seem to have it nailed down? 600 strand + 2 ga welding cord will be more than enough, and more bendable...
