2007 Club Car President problem

It’s been a while since I have been on here hope all is well with every one!
I have a 2007 President. I noticed that we were not getting the travel distance
we use to in our batteries. I went to move it the other day and it would try to move but drop out. I would cycle the coward/reverse switch and it would try but drop out again. As old as the batteries were I went ahead and got a new set. Installed and charged them and it does the same thing. If I push the excellerator pedal slowly it try’s to move but drops out. I can hear a small whining noise as it try’s to move. This has been a great cart! All I have ever changed was batteries and one speed sensor. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Can you hear the solenoid click...The slight movement you have is probably the controller capacitors discharging when you press the go pedal...

I seem to hear a click but it sounds like it is coming from the accelerator pedal. I will have to look for the solenoid tomorrow so I can hear if it is coming in or not. I never paid any attention before to know if I could hear it or not. I let it sit a while and tried it. It moved about 10 feet and stopped. It was real jerky and started doing the same thing. It would try to move forward then I would switch to reverse and it would try to move for a second and then just stop.
