Re: 48 volt twin motor twin 500 amp controllers on lithium power
I have a 2009 Bad Boy Buggy XT. My motors are constantly overheating and I narrowed it down to the Sevcon Millipak Controllers being bad. I am going to remove one of the motors/controllers and only run it with 2x4. My question is can I buy any 500 amp controller or does it have to be the sevcon one? I have already sank several thousand dollars into this buggy and really don't want to spend a lot more if it is not going to be in working order.
