Default club car bushing

I have a 84 electric club car. Would bad bushings cause the charger to get VERY hot? How do you replace these? Thank you.

what kind of bushings are you talking about? when charger gets very hot its either bad batteries, bad cables, loose and dirty connections...............i,m interested in these bushings...........................
