Default Re: 1997 club car DS gas (unable to start)

i have a similar problem. My engine didn't have the ignitor under the rpm limiter. I temporarily installed a new one and the thing ran, but wouldn't shut off. As soon as I disconnected it and put the wiring back the way it was, not it will turn over but not fire (third coil so far with same results). For these units with the coil that has a built-in ignitor, where does the wire in the harness go that connects to the coil / rpm limiter?
