Default 2006 ST Limo - Spec, model name confusion

I just made a deal on a cart. Attached a pic, but it is described as a 2006 ST Limo. Based on the pic it is indeed an ST, and it is a factory 6 seater. I am confused on what the factory actually called this model, and I am mostly curious about the engine. I see reference to MCI and two displacements. Assuming it is stock, not stretched, what is it?

I haven't picked it up yet, so I don't have the serial number.... Any help would be appreciated.

That's defiantly not a factory lift.

To clarify, I am asking what it is, and my "stock" comment is based on the limo part and the engine. What is the proper model to refer to it as? What engine model, etc.

Has the old style steering which was used up until around 2005 on the ST models and motor is more than likely a Robbins 350. Model would be Shuttle ST Express.
