I’m assuming all the cables and contacts your talking of are at the motor, at the battery terminals, the fnr switch and the controller?
All of those plus the solenoid.

I miscounted. The F/R is actually two pairs of two contacts, so there are four sets there and one set in the solenoid for 5 sets total.

Is there somewhere that shows how to go looking for the bad connections ?
I just got done changing the controller and F/R switch with good spares i know came off a good cart and still same issue.

Also on the F/R is the A point top or bottom?

Just use a voltmeter. If voltage at one end of cable, bot not at other, there is a problem someplace between those two points.

In a TXT cart "A" is at the bottom.

So had some time to sit down and redo testing..

Black wire clipped to B- then did following
A1 with 2.1 volt
A2 with 2.1 volt
C on f/r 2.1 volt
B with 37.4 volt
Same voltage for the rest S1, S2, D, A, B+ Controller, large stud and the battery all 37.4

So my problem would be between cable from A2 to C? I replaced that with a spare i had and still the same problem just a click from solenoid.

Or am i miss reading the test and it’s in a different wire?

NO!!!!

You have next to no voltage on C and battery pack voltage on B, so there is an open between C and B. In other word either the stationary contact of the F/R switch at C or at B isn't making good contact with the contacts on the F/R switches moveable cam.

Fix or replace the F/R switch assembly.

New doesn't equal good.

Also, it might need to be adjusted.
