Re: What did you do to/for your EZGO today?
Well, lets see...
Confirmed the 1981 36V electric motor works but not sure how well because I have questions about the continuity Pressure washed it Pulled out the electrical system because I think it overheated at some point because there were some melted wires on the potentiator and the copper lug that slides over the contacts was worn down and jagged on the edge Pulled the rear wheels off to see why the brakes were not working - the brake drums were missing (cleaned and greased everything and put back together) - need to find used drums for an 81 Ezgo Marathon Started removing body panels and grinding the welds that hold the floor pan in place |

Re: What did you do to/for your EZGO today?
Just finished a custom DIY golf cart cover for the RXV.
Also replaced the rear passenger axle shaft, seal, bearing and axle hub since the old one is worn out and cut the brakes due to the free wheeling of the rear passenger tire. Golf cart is good as new again. |

Removed & glossed all the black stuff on the back to match the grab bar I ordered, then installed said bar.
