99 cc regan
I have a regan cart that will not move. The solenoids are working and good. The motor acts like it wants to turn when pedal is pressed. If you hold your hand on it it feels like a vibration.I tested motor using Nates test procedure for regan motors with 12volts and the motor spun the wheels with no problem.Any idea's?

Re: 99 cc regan
first you want to check battery pack voltage with a meter sitting still, if it looks decent, try hitting the gas and make sure the pack voltage doesnt drop significantly. Always test and retestt the batteries as a pack and individually. A bad or corroded connection will show correct voltage when not asked to carry a load, and then could drop way off or arc out and show no voltage when pedal is pressed...crud and corrosion is able to carry a false 50V signal

Re: 99 cc regan
It was 51 volts and no change when peddle is pressed. On thing i noticed is all solenoids are working and after pressing gas a few times everything quits working. If you switch it to tow then back to run they start to work again. It seems to reset something.Could the obc cause this.
