Re: needs DS 36v battery help
Replace the batts AND all the cables. Break the new batts in correctly and maintain the pack religiously.

Re: needs DS 36v battery help
Your batteries are getting tired but if your happy with the neighborhood performance, I'd keep on rollin.
Does the charger ever shut off? If not maybe new batts are in your future. Make sure all the connections are clean and tight. |

Cheap way out might be to change the battery cables first. Then, monitor the charge time. |

Re: needs DS 36v battery help
Thank you all for the input. I have ordered new batteries from a local dealer. I am getting Trojan 105's for 69.00 each so I believe its worth the week wait. they only had 4 in stock Saturday. I have alos ordered all new cables and have begun the cleaning process of all terminals and I will replace any end/ cable that shows any sign of wear.
thanks again |

Re: needs DS 36v battery help
Charge your new batteries once installed BEFORE use Then monitor them and never draw below 80% for the first 10-12 cycles. And never below 50% ever after that. Print the table below...good luck
