Not sure of what I have here
The S/n on the car says it is: A9224xxxxxx. However, when I look under the seat, I do not find a Solid state Transformer. This car has the Looped wires running across the Car. Not sure what they are called now.
Any ideas? Also looking for the wiring diagram that shows those wires. |

Re: Not sure of what I have here
Are the 'looped wires' looking like bare bed springs laid on their sides ? You may have a resistor coil cart .....

Re: Not sure of what I have here
Thanks, so I can assume it is a 92.
Where can I buy a Wiring Harness for this Car? Looking for a complete Harness. What Lubricant is used in the Rear End? Thanks much |

Re: Not sure of what I have here
Yes it's a 92. You can probably get a wire harness from one of the site sponsors, if not, you can get one from a Club Car dealer. The rear end lubricant is SAE30 Motor Oil.

Re: Not sure of what I have here
That cart is so simple that I dunno if the 4 wires that make it work are even in a harness The diagram is in the stickies at the top of this section......

Re: Not sure of what I have here
Thanks for the help, This cart has some crude modifications, the harness is a mess. There must be 20 different splices with wires going every which way. The primary wire from the Motor has been spliced. It would be nice if a new Harness was available at a reasonable price, just have not found any yet.

Re: Not sure of what I have here
I am sure the harness is available as David said thru any CC dealer.... there are no wires going to the motor only 4 cables. Is that what is spliced? Can you post pics of this mess?

Re: Not sure of what I have here
My bad, wrong terminology, yes the Cables have been spliced and will want to replace them. perhaps I can build my own harness, does not look too complicated.
Thanks |

Re: Not sure of what I have here
The cables are available separately. I'd highly recommend purchasing an Illustrated Parts List for that car so you'll have part numbers for everything you need. I'd get a book for a 96 or newer. Same system... but the diagram in the book is so much better and easier to read.
