Billy B, I have a pair of car ramps that i backed the cart up on, and I was able to remove it rather easily from underneath. I did not have to take any of the body panels off. Just remember to pull the battery cables (first at the battery) before starting to work on it. I also labeled all the battery cables and took pictures of the motor and where all the cable ran to before i started to work on it. On my cart its 3 bolts that took a 10mm socket and i also had an "L" bracket that was secured with a .5" socket. I used a rubber mallet and gave it a few strategic wacks and it slid right out. The motor is heavy and being underneath it has the potential to fall on you if you're not careful.
I'm calling plumb quick back today and seeing what their schedule is looking like.
