2005 cc elec
I have a 2005 cc the charger stop working on MY cart * it will work fine on someone else's cart* so i started tracing wires and found a black 14 ga wire not hooked up. it is coming from the back of the controller . is this a ground wire ! ? if not can someone please tell me where it gose ?? i now know that it is NOT a ground wire! i tested it with my volt meter it has 47 volts running through it at this time.

are you sure sure its not the black 10 gage wire? if so it goes to the OBC i beleive..............that would for sure effect charging..................

I would start by looking at wiring diagram for your cart. Go to golfcartpartsdirect.com and go to the 2000-2005 and look for proper wiring diagram for your cart ( 48 volt series or IQ )
Then if that does not solve your problem I would go to forum STICKIES under "Complete Manual For Power Drive Charger" and go through the diagnostics. |
