Re: Another charging issue
I did see the wiring diagram but I am not an expert in wiring schematics for these carts so I still don't know where it would go, again thanks for all the help.

Re: Another charging issue
Just removing the insulating sleeve from the negative terminal on the charge port ought to do the trick.
See attached picture. The negative terminal is circled. If that doesn't work, you may have to move a wire inside the charger, but try removing the insulating sleeve first. |

Re: Another charging issue
I removed the sleeve on negative side, plugged in charger and it did click once but nothing else. I forgot to mention earlier but the cart does operate normally (forward and reverse).

Try wiggling it around some to see if you can hear the relay click some more, the charger does not have to be plugged into an AC outlet. |

Re: Another charging issue
Ok I have it figured out. After checking the voltage going into the charging port, it was not the same going out to the charger. From a burn mark on the battery, looks like there may have been burned wiring before I got the cart and the connectors probably got over heated thus is not allowing full transfer. I took off the female ends coming from the cart and screwed them directly into the ones coming from the charger and it started charging. I never would have thought of them connectors going bad. Thanks for all the help.
