Tow/Run switch to Tow, then key to N. Be careful to only do it on level ground, you will have zero brakes.

I'm not getting enough juice to release the breaks. I just put it in tow and turned the switch to N, and the SOC meter went to 19.3v. When I test the pack at the terminals I'm still getting over 50v.

Finally had a chance to fool with it. Cleaned the terminals off and all is fine. I guess the noise I heard was the current arcing.
