Bypassing speed control to test motor?
I have a 2000, txt, 36 volt cart. I got the cart for a little of nothing and would like to keep it at a low cost if possible. I have checked batteries (37.8 volts) and checked voltage leaving the speed controller, I had good voltage there also. I do not have the money to start replacing F&R and speed controllers just to see if that's my problem. I would like to figure out how to bypass these components to check the motor before I do that. I have the notorious clicking solenoid, but no forward or reverse motion. A wiring diagram doesn't help because it looks like someone has rewired it with all different colors of wire.
