alltrax xct 400 install under voltage code
I recently installed an alltrax xct 400 on my 2002 ezgo 36v. If I have the charger hooked up and unplug it and power everything up the green led light stays green but if it sets for a little bit the battery pack drops to the upper 38volt range and I power it up it will flash 1 green and 2 red and it won't move.

Sounds like something is draining the controller capacitors faster than the precharge resistor can replenish.

Likely the under voltage value is set to 38v
Reset the under voltage value to 28v |

If the under voltage slider is set to 28V or so, check the voltage on J1 Pin-5. It ought to be exactly the same as the battery pack voltage.
Pin-5 is fed by the red wire from the solenoid's battery side large terminal that has the sonic weld that fails. |
