Found some issues...
Well, finally had time to look at cart... haven't change cables yet but I was look at the wiring and found burnt wires....
I took pix to show.... looks like 1 black wire that fried goes to no where..lol.. You'll see the black wires from solenoid to controller is burnt and 1 from solenoid, I cant figure out where it leads to....I cant find where it would go... |

My guess is the solenoid coil burnt up / shorted out. You can try replacing it to patch the cart together or go for a controller/solenoid upgrade.
