In order to bring power to the switch, I need to run a wire from the battery pack B+ to the blue wire that goes to the key switch. Does this wire need to be a heavier gauge or does 14-16 gauge work? Also, should I put a fuse on this line, if so, what size?

Well, I never got an answer so I decided to use a 14 gauge wire and an inline fuse. I installed Scotty's switch plate, with F/R switch and his led meter and I'm almost all done with the wiring. I spent a few hours today making the high current wires. The only wires I have left to make are the four wires to the motor. I'm hoping to be done by the end of this weekend.
