Default EZGO controller issue

I have a 36v golf cart that won't move. Im not sure what year, unable to find any ID info any where. I have replaced the pedal micro switch and now the solenoid just clicks when the pedal is pressed. Does not have a tow/maint switch. I have 37.3 volts at battery pack and at battery side of solenoid. Not sure where to go from here. Believe I may have burnt up the controller, but can't find any info on testing it (Curtis PMC - PN 25864G09). Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks, Terry.

If there is a pre-charge resistor on the solenoid big posts remove one side.
Then test for 36 volts on the battery side big post of the solenoid with the pedal up and 36v on both big posts when the the solenoid clicks if yes the solenoid is working.
Proceed to the controller.
There should be power to the red small wire when the solenoid clicks

Thanks Jeremy98 for the link. All tests were good except pin 1 voltage check had no volts detected. Said replace ITS, just replaced micro switch is it common for both to go bad at same time?
