Can an Alltrax controller only be adjusted / programmed with a laptop, or will an iPad or tablet work ??

NOTE: Toolkit software will NOT work on Windows® 8-RT (Tablet version). We are compatible with Win 8 & Win 10.

Update, so to test the fan you need the key on and slight touch accelerator pedal to pass ksi power to controller, then fan comes on
