04 Precedent goes Fwd no reverse

I have a 04 CC precedent that goes Fwd always but when you switch it to reverse the buzzer sounds the yellow light comes on and does not move . I hear the click but then it clicks again and does not move in Reverse .Once in a while if im going Fwd and stop then throw it in REv it will move then stop ?

I need some step by step instructions to determine if its the motor , controller or OBC .. also is there a way to jump out the motor to see if it will spin in reverse . Wireing Diagram cannot be founf for this either ? Looked in stickys .
