I did just this on my cart. Lowered the maximum amp draw to just under what the actual amp draw was with "no limits" on my 650amp Alltrax. I've noticed no performance decrease on my cart......albeit my cart is for hunting and set up for torque....not speed.

I set this up when I was running a 7 module leaf pack and left the settings the same when I expanded to a 14 module leaf pack.

I think I can drive "forever" with the expanded 14 module pack!!!

Yea my performance didnt change when I changed to 300amps but it still drops to 50v when starting with around 55. Also this 7 pack doesnt seem to.last too long. Either this motor really is hungry or these modules are pretty used up. Of course I've been pedal to the floor the whole time too.

Mine does not drop right after charge, I think I loose about 0.01v per day, but then again the cart is not on Tow so there is plenty of activity happening.

Your LV is too high, I would set it to 44v and the Alltrax Low voltage to 45v. That should allow the Controller to go into limp mode when the pack voltage is Low (or during hard acceleration) without triggering the BMS LV.

The HV at 58v with the charger at 57v does not leave much room for Regenerative brake.

I have my HV at 58.5v and my Alltrax High Voltage at 58v.

Got it, in that case You should leave the conservative settings you have for now and not try to performance tune or worry about range until You can safely monitor the cells in the pack.

I ordered the same BMS about a week ago and it has already shipped and left China. I am waiting for it to land in the USA. I hope to have it by the end of the week or first of next week.

Pantermatt I ordered a BMS same as Sergio ordered. When I checked on the site for order status it was canceled no reason given. So I then ordered a Zeva which I received in about three weeks.
