If You had one of the batteries reversed (negative to negative between two batteries and positive to positive between the other two batteries) You may need to make sure that battery did not get damaged or is still in a low charge level.

You can run the Alltrax software on a MAC with a "bootcamp" type environment, several users have done, maybe they will notice this post and tell you what they used.

I have been trying the boot camp route but my Mac is an early 2011 model and is limited to only running Windows 8. I’m pretty sure I can figure it out. I just have been busy working on the cart. We are doing a total rebuild and want to have it done soon so we can take it on a trip with us.

So the stuttering was due to the diode being on backward. Got it all buttoned down and excited to take it on my camping trip tomorrow. Thank you guys for all your help. I couldn’t have done it without the help I got from this thread and from reading others in this forum. Who knew there was an entire community of cart enthusiasts. Thanks again. I’ll post pics of the final product tomorrow.

Ok, so it has a 3.5 HP motor. Does anybody know off the top of the top of their head what the top rpm is?

Ok new issue, I’ve been using my cart for a few days. Got to half battery power. Put it on charge. And the charger kicks on for a few seconds, then off for a few seconds, then on, then off. Just wondering if this is how these work, or if something is wrong somewhere.

If that is an OBC cart, then ur OBC is failing. You can bypass the OBC for testing purposes to verify.
