Default Club Car Precedent 09 - Can not remove bolt on Rear Leaf

I have a 09 Club Car Precedent. Was attempting to get some new bushings in rear leaf spring. The back bolt will not come out of the spring or bracket? Any thoughts or solutions?

Some heat and a hammer?
I just changed my leafs on my 13’ CCP and I was lucky it all came apart easy.

A two pronged pulley puller with center bolt will push the bolt / break the bolt free in the bushing. Use the old nut screwed on the end slightly to be used as the push point by the center shaft of the pulley puller. Essentially you’re using the pulley puller in reverse.
I’ve had to do this a few times. Once it’s broken free, it will then usually come out.

DeWalt battery operated impact tools and PB Blaster.

It’s probably seized in the metal sleeve that goes inside the bushing. Htown’s method is one solution if you have such a puller. Heat is also effective. If not, use a sawzall on the inside of the mounting tabs to cut each end of the bolt off. Then just buy a new bolt, the bushing kit will come with a new sleeve. I always grease or never seize the bolts when installing so they come apart later.
