Help with club car ds noise
Any ideas on what this noise is? It makes this noise in foward and reverse

Motor armature is wobbling around on the input shaft of the trans. Depending what year the cart is there may be a plastic guide sleeve in the end of the spline coupler on the armature that can be replaced. That's a common problem if that guide sleeve wears out.
Some motors just have a steel coupler and the splines in those can wear out (usually due to rust) but they're alot harder to replace, and usually end up wearing the splines on the transmission input shaft too. |
