I appreciate the input. They are asking $2,000 which i knew i would not pay.
I went and looked at the cart yesterday afternoon and she told me she had someone else coming that night if i passed up on it. I told her if they want to buy it, sell it to them. Don’t wait on me. I haven’t heard anything yet, about her selling the cart. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I sent her a message today just out curiosity. She said they did not sell it to the other person because he wanted to make “payments”. Not sure i believe that.

Explain to them that the cart has very little value if not running - could require more than a thousand to get it running. Therefore, you will take it off their hands for $750 and take all the risk. If you believe they did in fact have it running not to long ago then there's a good chance its the controller that went south.
