Pull the sensor off and check the magnet and make sure it's not broken. It's not normal to push the cart without any beeping or roll-away resistance.

That is your problem, it explains both the throttle and the speed sensor issue.

The easiest solution is to install a Black IQ Controller.

The speed sensor is not even being powered if you have the Gray controller....

So i checked the magnet first and it was good . so i put the black controller back on that was laying in the dash of the cart and it works great. This is what they left on and just kept changing other parts. Thanks for the help guys.
