Well looking at post 4. Looks like they have the main leads on the motor messed up. Looking at the 4 posts on the engine and tracing the wires baxk this clearly is not wierd the same as the diagram.i dont know if my cart is the same as the diagram because everything is the same but i only have one mocro switch on fnr switch

May not be the exact diagram and if it runs in forward it is just a matter of figuring out why reverse doesn't work.. Does your FNR switch have any empty connections ?

Ill get some pics asap. Os it possible the cart will go foward but not reverse with the dead batts? I only say that becaise as soon as i unplug the charger i loose everything loke a solinoid wont evan click. I had read somewhere reverse is only half speed more resotance. Causing no spin issue

Could be but solenoid pulls very little current so unlikely. Again chase the heavy wires from the switch and tell us where they go.

Ok for the foward on the switch the large black wire that runs to one solinoid that is first inline no resistor connected to it. Then on the other side of the switxh is large white wire that runs to the oppsite sode of the solonoid bank for reverse that has the linked resistor on it.

When i depresss the pedel solinoids click as they should but no go in reverse only foward. But like i had said the batts are shot as soon as you unplug the charger nothing at all.

If Your batteries are shot and the cart only runs with the charger connected, then only forward is going to work.
You need to move the big cable that goes from the FNR to battery #4 positive post to battery #1 positive post. That will give You the same 36v You are getting from the charger to the reverse circuit. |
