Default 99 club car DS

The speed control on a 99 DS 48 volt looks like a mcor but not like I have seen before. Could it be a mcor1??
Plus it looks like the brake pedal assy has to be removed to take it apart or could it be just a cover?

It actually sounds like you are describing the CVP (continuously variable potentiometer) but those were discontinued from use in early '97 (used on some '95, all '96 and "maybe" some early '97). Are you sure you have the year right? Look in the wiring diagrams at '96 Regen-1 to confirm that's what you are seeing.

Thanks,
The year is wrong, The serial number says A9603 anyway I sent the info to the MAN David @ Revolution carts. He is sending me the upgrade kit to convert this cart to a mcor4
