The bypass is for testing only.
If it fixes the problem, it will cost about the same for a smart charger or a new OBC. |

Now I’m really stumped. I replaced the OBC and the tire only moves for a second. When I jumped the the solenoid the other day I got full movement. New OBC came in, replaced still only bumping for a second. Need help understanding this before I haul it up to the street and let the trash man have it.

I just jumped the solenoid again. Perfect movement forward and reverse

Checking the solenoid. No voltage with key on or off across two small terminals. Could the resistor on the top stop everything from working?
