Power drive 3 clicks but doesn't power on..

I've replaced both diode strips and power relay but still get the same results; a click but no power on. I've even jumped out the wires at the power relay but still cant get the transformer to kick on. Any idea as to what to try next?

I would check for a broken wire in the DC plug. First I'd wiggle the wire at the connector and watch the meter for any movement. If nothing shows up there try ohming out the 3 wires in the DC plug. I believe there is a fuse on the back of the charger receptacle.

I've got continuity on all prongs of the power cord. Could it still have a broken wire not allowing it to power on WITH continuity?

BTW does anyone have a manual for this charger? Or is that an impossible request? I know manuals and things are like gold it seems like lol

Only if that broken wire was a fuse. Try measuring at the charger receptacle on the cart and see if you got near pack voltage between positive and neg. This is with it not plugged in.

Jump the relay and plug the charger into a wall outlet so the charger is powered on. Check the output pins at the DC plug (not plugged into the cart) for 48v. If you have voltage there the charger is working and the problem is in the cart.
