2004 precedent dead
cart is dead. 48 volts in battery pack, but will not charge, will not run, solenoid will not activate. Appears customer replaced and/or cleaned all battery connections. Not sure if he had it in tow mode. controller fried?

OBC is probably bad. Read the stickies on how to bypass the OBC
