Re: All trax 500 doesn’t power on
Did You connect the hand-held voltmeter at the other end of the fuse on pack positive to make sure the fuse is OK?
Did You run new wires for the voltmeter at the dash directly to the pack or are you using the factory red wire and black/yellow-stripe wire? You said the 15 amp fuse "appears" to be fine, did You test it or are your making visual observations? |

Re: All trax 500 doesn’t power on
It was a visual test but I also stuck a new 5 amp fuse in there and still nothing.. not sure on the in dash meter as it was already hooked up when I purchased the cart. And yes I tested after the 400 amp fuse on the battery positive terminal

Re: All trax 500 doesn’t power on
That 15 amp ATO fuse has little test spots on top of each blade, make sure you can get pack voltage on both sides.

Re: All trax 500 doesn’t power on
Yes, it looks like the red pig tail with the female quick connector normally connected to the Solenoid big post is now on pack positive.
That red wire with the male quick connector coming out of the harness should be connected to the matting female connector on the pack positive. |
