Let the charger run until it shuts off automatically, then wait ~12 hours and check your pack voltage with a DVM.
I have not pulled caps to actually inspect. I did use the 'self leveling' watering system and pump it. It seemed full from the getgo. Not sure how reliable the system is ..... ??should I remove it and pull all the caps?

??If so, to remove do you simply pull the connections straight out?

The AMD 7114 has a great reputation. Torque motor with good speed too.

Yes and No. A weak pack will keep your cart from running at peak performance and efficiently as it should, but if all of them are of the same make, age and model, I would verify the water levels and then let it fully automatically charge until it shouts down. You have a Bulk, an Absorption, and a Finish charge. I do not believe you are getting past the Bulk charge as you are not letting it complete the charge profile.

Once it fully charges, then test them again. If the charger times out and shuts off at 16 hours, then go use the cart and charge it again. Just do not rule them out until you have established a baseline and a couple of full charges.

Are they all the same make, model and date code?

Yes, at this point I am well pleased with it. It was able to creep up these steps.

OK, checked after being FULLY charged. 5 batteries are Power Drive, appear to all be the same. Newer batter is Interstate. Removed surface charge, pack showed 49.9V. 3 of the PD batteries were 8.2+, 2 were 8.4+, Interstate was 8.59. So, it appears to be much better than I first thought! I really was NOT wanting to have to buy new batteries right now!

Now drive it around a few times and keep your eye on the voltage so you can get a feel for what the amp-hour capability is. You will probably see the charges get a little better over the next couple. The 5 will never equal the new one, that is just part of it.

Is the winch powered by a separate 12v battery or is it powered by two of the drive batteries? If it's powered by the pack that would be the reason two of the batteries are lower.

I like this guy! Good to see he's already checking and measuring to get it in the house! Gonna be real handy to step off it right next to the kitchen table!!!

That's a good point. Might explain the two with the lower charge.
