Then time to bypass the OBC to see if it has failed. If the charger supplies charge voltage at that time then you will know to replace the OBC or better yet purchase a smart charger. (Could be Murphy's Law)

What is strange is the charger was working fine prior to the battery swap.
Then it is bypassed now.... This was not connected to the OBC?

I was trying to measure how much energy it takes to raise and lower that door.

Didn"t work.

Stupid question? Does you charger have AC power.

No, only the gray wire was connect to the OBC..

Its how it came wired when I purchased it.. it was like this before when it would charge fine. Where should it be connected?

Then something must have failed in the OBC prior to you getting it. The black 10g wire runs to the OBC so it can control the charging algorithm. (See attached) If the 10g wire runs directly to the main pack negative then it "bypasses" the OBC. Usually you need to land the gray sense wire to the same main pack negative to turn on the Powerdrive.

Are you sure the charger is turning on?

Is the charger a Powerdrive?

I don’t know about a precedent but on my DS the black wire from the receptacle does not go directly to the battery pack, it goes to the OBC. I would wager it’s similar since they both use the OBC to turn on the charger.

My OBC recently failed so I had to replace my charger with a smart charger and I removed the OBC
