1997 ds charger problem

charger will only charge when i barely insert plug, if i insert all the way charging stops. Used another charger works perfectly.

The contacts in your plug have spread apart and are not making a good connection when you plug it into the receptacle of the cart. If your plug is sealed, just spray WD-40 inside it and then plug - unplug it several times and it may help. If you can open it, then use some small needle nose pliers and gently squeeze the connectors.
