![]() I know this will be a Quick answer for somebody smart. I have new f/r switch installed on a 99 Ezgo and everything was hooked up the way it was before, and is working great except the reverse buzzer is working wrong. Buzzing in fwd and not reverse. I figured I could just hook the horn up to the second little electrical switch on the f/r rotor, but that didn't work. So I assume my cables must be installed wrong. Anybody know which ones I need to switch? There are four on the rotor. 12 oclock, 3 o'clock, 6 and 9. I know this sounds confusing but that's the best I can explain it. I'll get a pic up if needed

![]() As a shop you should have a service manual for this cart. Here is the micro switch wiring laid out on my F&R install sheet for this cart.

![]() Thanks scottyb we don't have a Manual for any carts here. Thanks for the pic it looks like I have 3oclock and 9 o'clock backwards. I'll trace the cables back to the motor to be sure

![]() The heavy cables would not make a difference in when the buzzer comes on. The only difference the heavy cable position would make is whether the cart goes forward while in reverse or if it goes reverse while in reverse. If the cart is in forward and moving forward yet the buzzer is on, then you have the micro switches wired wrong.

![]() Just to ask a couple of dumb questions... Does the cart go forward when the lever is pointed at the drivers side ? and is the lever and rod on the top on the FnR switch ?

![]() Only because I am EZGO factory trained and those pesky older Club Cars are still like alien beings to me...... The newer ones I am good to go on, it's just those older models from the late 90's that still give me some grief from time to time...... especially the 1st and 2nd generation regen carts.....
