![]() The head and tail lights on the cart do not work. There is 17 VDC on the tail light bulb sockets where there should be no voltage. I think I have an open ground. Is there a wiring diagram for the lighting on a 2000 club car anywhere

![]() BASIC SYSTEM.... all grounds are common and they hook to the battery, not the frame. These do not use chasis grounding...all the grounding is done right at the battery terminals.

![]() Have you checked the bulbs to see if they might be burned out? 17 Volts will do that to them fairly fast. I have seen 2-3 bulbs go at the same time, reason ( unknown ) except fresh charged batterys and before cart is moved?
One bulb yes but more at same time?????????? |

![]() The cart is a 2000 Club Car. It's still in original golf mode. 48 volt. The mech at the course just replaced the contoller. Before that the thing wouldn't move. Bulbs are fine. If I could find a schematic with the lights on it this would be a breeze but the only wiring diagrams I can find for non regen Club Cars have no lights in the diagram

![]() Well today the problem got solved. Put the cart up on the lift and found the broken ground wire at the voltage limiter.
