![]() So I just got fired up about my cc again. I ordered 28" mudlites, new clutch, seats etc and wouldnt you know it after wheeling it hard saturday I ripped the aluminum cross brace that the rear leaf spring shackles bolt to off of the frame. I also have cracks forming in the front under the floorboards. Is there any way to keep this cart from cracking up? How can I beef it up so I dont have to worry about it anymore? I wheel this cart very very hard and I need the frame to be able to take the abuse. Maybe I should have found an ezgo instead of a cc.

![]() WHat tony said is true.... My welder has fixed several CC frames for me...
That being said ... you have to realize that an aluminum frame has a tendency to BREAK when it is flexed repeatedly... So yeah maybe a steel frame? |

![]() I think im going to have a 1/4 aluminum plate run under the cart like a big skid plate. That should keep it from twisting so bad. Then just go over all the welds again. I love my cc but this frame sucks
