Something caused that that bridge between the 2 circuit boards to start behaving like a fuse.

Here's what I know: bought the cart with new batteries with it not running. This controller was in the cart and the cart would not run. The controller pin (12 I think) for the solenoid lockout was jumped to provide the OBC with a constant 48v to disable the solenoid lockout because the controller was not putting out enough voltage. The main problem was from when the old batteries froze, split, and thawed out again. The acid ended up eating through wires in the wire loom. Fixed that and it still wouldn't run. Changed controllers with the other one that came with the cart as it is up and running. The controller that was in there when I initially bought the cart was this one, and the PO said that he bought in hopes of fixing the cart. I don't know if the controller was already bad when he bought it or he killed it trying to fix the cart
