I can totally understand this. But even though he mostly communicates through email now, he's customer service is first class! He responds in a timely manner, even on nights and weekends. That's hard to beat

I agree. I have ordered from Scotty countless times and talked to him by email. I do also have his phone number from before, and have talked to him once.

His customer service has not changed at all since switching to email only. Excellent as always.
