12awg is usually on a 20a circuit and 14awg on a 15a.

Unless I missed it somewhere, the only member that mentioned changing out the breaker to a larger one was the OP himself....

But you are exactly correct, that is why the wire has an amp rating and that is also dependent upon distance due to current drop.

The only other things drawing current from that breaker are

18v cordless drill charger
12v battery tender

I wonder if the breaker is just weak.. I have a clamp on amp meter I am gonna hook up at the breaker and see what’s up tomorrow

Fwiw I was gonna hook it up to my 20amp garage circuit but it’s got a fridge and some other stuff that I didn’t want to risk losing power to over night
