Default Re: hypothetical question

I am going to be gone 2 months.
Should I leave my 2005 club car plugged in?
Last year my charger didn't turn off and smoked the batteries.
I bought a new charger and all new batteries.
Thanks

If it turns off now, it should while your gone. The OBC should control it and if you have gone to a smart charger then even better.

By you asking I don't think you will feel warm and fuzzy leaving it hooked up.

It will not hurt to charge the pack and then put cart in tow. Unhook main negative and positive cables. When you return hook them back up and charge pack and you should be just fine and feel warm and fuzzy while you are away.
