Default 2013 Precedent Got my work cut out for me

I got a pretty good deal on a 2013 Precedent. I bought it knowing it needed a controller, and it had some flood damage. After opening it up I realized it was a little worse than I had thought. I have a new wiring harness on the way from Tahoedawg. My plans are, Alltrax XCT 48400, new MCOR, pull and inspect motor, (it runs when tested), then see where I'm at money wise. Hopefully gonna a full rebuild with all new Doubletake body, top, seats, etc. I wonder if FSIP could rebuild this controller for me? [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

I am going to go out on a Limb and say that FSIP, Curtis or even Biphase will not get that controller working again......

mgray70. You do realize you ordered an IQ harness right? That's an Excel controller. Not gonna matter if you're using an Alltrax, just wanted to point that out though in case you decided to go back with OEM.

If the water was high enough the controller looks that way I’m willing to bet the motor is toast. And it will be a mutha to get off the shaft.

Yes, I have an admitted that I'm gonna put on it. I didn't see a excel harness. I figured it didn't matter with the Alltrax.

Motor runs, hopefully I can get it off the shaft to clean it up.

I took it off the site. Club Car pulled a fast one on me. They discontinued the Excel harness with the MCOR4 connectors on it. Instead, now you have to order the older Excel harness with MCOR2 connectors on it and use an MCOR4 adapter plug, and it's twice the money as the one you bought. You did the best thing you could do considering what you're trying to do.

Have you tested the MCOR? I was lucky with the flooded cart I bought. It had a ton of dielectric grease in the connectors I'm guessing that saved it.

Everything else I had to replace

Motor
Controller
Key switch
Reverse buzzer
Solenoid
Run/tow switch
Headlight switch
FNR switch
Front hubs
All wiring and cables

Use the axle drop trick to get the motor off. I had to pick mine up and drop it 8 times but if finally came off!

Good luck!
