2005 Precedent w/ new motor swap not moving....
49.9 volts in the system and I’m getting a solenoid click and the handheld is only throwing a “motor stall code”. Field current stays at 8.0 even after pedal is pressed and solenoid clicks; however “arm current” rises to as high as 361; “ARM PWM” stays at 0; “FIELD PWM” rises to as high as 97 and after about 3-4 seconds after the solenoid clicks all of these parameters drops back to zero with the exception of the field current. Also pack voltage rises from 49.9 to 51.1. Any suggestions?? Thanks in advance

Reason the motor was removed?
Can you hear the motor try to move at all? Almost sounds like field wires are swapped or there's something physically jamming the armature. Did you happen to spin the input shaft by hand to make sure the transaxle isn't seized? |

I haven’t dug into yet just surface observations. Motor was swapped because the last one locked up for unknown reasons. Field wires as in the F2 and S2? Motor isn’t trying to turn at all but the cart will roll. Motor is suppose to be brand new (it looks it) I will try and take it off tomorrow and see if anything looks odd. Test the output from the controller to the motor. Also get a spare battery and test run the motor itself why it is out to ensure it is working correctly.

Upon further testing it turns out that it was the controller. Not sure exactly what was done by the customer but there was some internal failure caused by something they did. After replacing it it’s now working fine. Let’s hope it stays that way [emoji1695][emoji1695]
